BUDS aims to improve the quality of life for people experiencing Dementia, their family and carers living in the Borough of Sandwell.
We provide a variety of services including Clubs which offer social interaction, a hot lunch and a variety of activities. Transport is provided. In addition we provide a Befriending service to people in their own home or residential care. Carers are supported through advice, information, telephone support and on offer are Carer's Cafe's.
Training and development is vital in educating people about Dementia, what it means and how people can be supported. We provide training for our staff, volunteers and carers. We can also provide training for local organisations and businesses who would like to develop their knowledge.
We provide our services by applying for grants, fundraising and from donations. We appreciate all the support we receive.
Please help us continue our work by supporting our lottery today.
How it works
The Lottery results are calculated using the temperatures from selected destinations around Europe on a particular day each week.
Players are assigned 6 numbers when registering, that are then checked against the last 6 digits of temperatures in Fahrenheit that are published in the Daily Mail on the day of the draw.
